I Don't know if there is something such as the perfect design process but from my experience, I have found constant iterations and and genuine care for people has always worked.

I would say my process is a lot similar to the British council's double diamond design process. However, I do believe that sometimes the 'Diamonds' can be interchanged. Sometimes the company may develop the product first and then fit it to the need later.

But at end it's equally important to struggle in front of computer making the final product. Sometimes when I hit a design block I draw, or do something entirely disconnected for serendeptic ideas.

I involve a elements of systems thinking in my research process to find the key leverage points for efficient problem solving and resilient solutions. I understand the need of a user-centred process but I also recognise the importance to balance all the stakeholders' needs to deliver practical solutions.
